When do you deliver and what is the cutoff for orders?

We deliver every Sunday and Monday. To receive your meals for the upcoming week, please place your order by Thursday 11:59 PM AEST.

How long do the meals stay fresh?

Our meals are prepared fresh, never frozen. They typically have a refrigerated shelf life of 5-7 days. Each meal is clearly labeled with a 'Use By' date.

Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?

No, you do not need to be home. Our meals are packed in insulated cooler boxes with gel ice packs designed to keep your food at a safe temperature for up to 8 hours.

Can I customize the ingredients in my meals?

While we cannot swap individual ingredients within a specific dish, we offer a wide variety of gluten-free, dairy-free, and high-protein options to suit most dietary requirements.

Are your containers recyclable and microwave-safe?

Yes, all our meal containers are 100% BPA-free, microwave-safe, and fully recyclable. We encourage you to rinse and recycle them after use.

How do I pause or cancel my subscription?

You have full control over your subscription. Simply log into your account dashboard to pause, skip a week, or cancel your plan at any time before the weekly cutoff.
