Return Process

    Upon receiving your order, please immediately inspect the packaging and meals to ensure everything is correct and has arrived at the proper temperature.

    Document the Issue

    If you notice any damage or quality concerns, take clear photographs of the product and the delivery label within 24 hours of arrival.

    Contact Support

    Email our customer service team with your order number and the photos provided; since we cannot accept physical returns of food, this documentation is essential for your claim.

    Resolution

    Our team will review your request and, if approved, will issue a store credit or process a replacement for the affected items in your next scheduled delivery.
